Refund policy

You are entitled to cancel your request prior to 5 days before event without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for canceling an order is prior to 5 days from the date of event.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the clear statement. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order.

Conditions for refund:

In order for the deposit to be eligible for a refund, please make sure that:

  • The deposit was made in the last 30 days

  • The clear statement of intent to cancel services was received prior to 5 days from event

The following criteria will not entitle requestor to a refundable deposit:

  • The clear statement does not clearly outline the full name of the requestor, as it reads on quote form.

  • The clear statement does not have the exact email address at it appears on the quote form.

  • The clear statement does not clearly state the requestor's intent to cancel event.

  • The clear statement has not been received prior to 5 days before event.

In order for the full amount to be eligible for a refund, please make sure that:

  • Services have not been rendered

The following criteria will not entitle requestor to a refund of the full amount:

  • Services have been rendered

We reserve the right to refuse refunds of any deposit or full amount that does not meet the above refund conditions at our sole discretion.

Refunding Of Deposit

We cannot be held responsible for refunds that do not completely process. Therefore, we recommend to insure that any and all banking/card information is accurate. We are unable to issue a refund without correct banking/card information.
